Positive Reviews
positive:
Lovely neighbourhood
While the hotel is not quite in central Bogota, this fact seems to have upset no one. On the contrary, most guests liked the location, saying that the neighbourhood was particularly attractive and certainly more tranquil than the centre of the city, making for a more relaxed stay.
positive:
Great value for money
Many guests simply couldn't get over how reasonable the room rates were. Even those who identified an issue or two during their stay seemed to feel that the low rate and great location of the hotel resulted in excellent value for money for them.
positive:
Helpful and professional staff
It was rare to find a review that did not praise the staff, with most saying that they had a great customer service attitude, and always seemed willing to help their guests with their query or concern.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Breakfast a bit disappointing
The majority of guests did not seem to think much of the complimentary daily breakfast. Many felt it was a meagre affair with neither enough food nor variety, which resulted in them having to seek out a proper breakfast elsewhere.
negative:
Rooms are a bit small
Quite a number of guests complained that the rooms were a bit smaller than they would have liked. Those travelling as couples, especially, felt that there simply wasn't enough room for two people and luggage in the room, resulting in them wanting to send as little time as possible there.
negative:
Wi-Fi range is limited
Whether a guest was happy with the hotel's Wi-Fi system or not depended on where they were located in the building. Guests stated that their seemed to be “dead spots” where the signal didn't reach, and if your room was there you were unable to connect at all.
