Positive Reviews
positive:
Beds were very comfy
Unlike at most hotels, were there are at least a few complaints about uncomfortable mattresses, it seems that the bed buyers here have done an excellent job by selecting a mattress with very wide appeal. There were no complaints to be found and several guests found them so comfortable they wished they could fit them in their suitcase.
positive:
Great access from the freeway
A couple of guests mentioned that the location, very near a freeway exit, was extremely convenient. They found that, at least outside rush hour, they could easily get on the freeway and be heading off to their destination in no time at all.
positive:
Friendly Staff
Again and again guests mentioned that the hotel's staff, especially those on reception, were unfailingly friendly. This seemed to put some of the guests in an instantly better mood.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Very disappointing breakfast
It was pretty hard to find a kind word written about the breakfast. While guests conceded that it was included in their room-rate, and most similar hotels would have no such “free” breakfast, they still felt that it was simply too basic to really be considered a proper breakfast.
negative:
Some rooms accessed from the outside
It was mentioned that some of the rooms on the third floor could only be accessed by means of an external staircase. Aside form issues surrounding the weather, some also found it a bit scary to make this trip at night.
negative:
Issues with cleanliness
While not every guest had issues with cleanliness, there were far too many reporting dirty and unkempt rooms to ignore. It seems that cleanliness standards might not be strictly upheld, so one is at the mercy of whoever is responsible for cleaning your room, and if they were in the habit of doing a good job.
