The apartment hotel has a central location within close walking distance from the entertainment area of Playa del Carmen. It is also within close distance from the beach. The restaurants and bars are within a close reach and guests were never away from the scene.
The apartments were nice accommodations to stay in according to guests. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked and the space of the bathrooms and living rooms was more than adequate. The housekeeping was daily and was efficient.
Guests thought the hotel building to be well maintained and to be clean. They were happy to head back to the hotel and to the apartments thanks to the nice cleaning done by housekeeping.
The staff members were found to be a bit off by guests who felt they did not help them with their requests or questions. They were not helpful with resolving issues or made an effort to find a middle ground with guests.
Guests were looking forward to using the outdoor pool and rooftop terrace but found this area to be abandoned. It looked like it needed a serious look and for the hotel to care for it. The pool looked dirty as well as the terrace.
