Modern spacious rooms with huge comfortable beds
Majority of the guests were happy with their room's layout and the cool interior design. The rooms are well maintained and daily housekeeping is available. The showers are partially open and have rainfall showerheads with excellent pressure and temperature control.

The hotel's employees have a warm and chivalrous personality. They take guests' concerns seriously and move with haste to solve any problems and fulfil any requests that have been made. Staff members are multilingual and this is a great benefit when guests come from different nationalities.

The breakfast buffet was varied and bountiful
Guests were very pleased by the hotel restaurants, breakfast menus. The items were diverse and expertly prepared. The tables are all well placed and there was also plenty of seating space available.

The hotel's elevator is rather small and slow
A number of guests found the elevator to be particularly slow in ascending and descending. It was also rather cramped inside and could only handle a few people at a time. This was especially challenging if multiple guests were waiting to be taken to their floors.

Inconsistent and very slow Wi-Fi signal
The Wi-Fi signal appears to be weak and not consistent. The strength of your signal varies throughout the hotel. A few guests have expressed their irritation at being inconvenienced by the signal going on and off during the most part of the day.

Noisy and hard to adjust air conditioning units
The air conditioning unit in a few of the rooms appears to be faulty as they did not perform according to how they were set, for example warm air being felt during a low temperature setting. Majority of the guests complained about the difficulty they experienced in adjusting them according to their needs.
