Guests could not find the valet parking in charge and had to face a lot of trouble looking for a parking space. Vehicles were covered with dirt and bird poop once they got them back. Valet parking was very expensive. The lobby was so dark that guests were unable to see anything and there were spit marks on the corridor wallpaper giving it a shabby look.
Most of the guests felt that rooms were very small and did not have enough space to even open up their luggage. Guests were disturbed when the fire alarm kept going off at odd wee morning hours.
Many guests had a tough time sleeping at night owing to the noise coming from the traffic outside and people talking in the hallway. Room walls are so thin that guests could hear people talk from the next room.
