The house is a newly refurbished four storey Semi Detached Traditional Town House with B Listed building status offering exceptionally adaptable and spacious accommodation over four levels. (4 en-suite rooms) The property boasts a superb fitted kitchen, 7 stunning rooms with modern bathrooms / shower rooms and outside there is a large private garden, which is a sun trap, with gas barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy some Al Fresco dining. There are ample food & drink premises to eat at along the High Street and of course there is The Famous Spotty Bag Bridge View Restaurant. Josie’s House is 5 minutes' walk to the main high street. It is also close to the local golf course 10mins walk (Duff House Royal) Straight across from the gorgeous Chalmers Hospital There is also a new sports facility (Deveron centre) 4 minutes' walk away. With a 2 minute walk to the beautiful Banff marina. There is a marine aquarium in the neighbouring town of Macduff 1.5 miles away. The local town service bus passes the door every 60 minutes too.
