Wi-Fi available in the rooms
To be honest, most of the comments on the Jawhra White Palace Hotel were pretty negative. The odd positive comment was made here and there though. One thing a couple of guests did like was that Wi-Fi was available everywhere in the hotel, including their room.

While there was substantial confusion about the location of the property, with some saying online maps gave the incorrect location, it was mentioned that the hotel was close to the Grand Mosque and other Haj locations.

There was some indication that this hotel may have been quite a bit cheaper than other options available.

Problems with cleanliness
There were no positive comments about the cleanliness to be found. On the contrary, a very large number of guests complained that there rooms were not at all clean when they checked in, and didn't seem to improve much during there stay. Some even talk of preferring to sleep on the floor at the mosque to returning to their room.

Confusion regarding parking
While marketing materials speak about free parking, on arrival guests found no such parking. It is a little unclear, but they say that either there is no parking available, or a fee is charged.

Very small rooms
The general feeling of guests was that the marketing materials do not accurately describe and illustrate what is actually available. One of the ways that the marketing was said to be inaccurate was that the rooms they were assigned to were substantially smaller than the rooms in photos online. Naturally they were unhappy about this.
