Negative Reviews
negative:
Hotel lacks an onsite parking lot
The lack of an onsite parking lot left a few guests rather disappointed. Though the public parking was free and across the road, some thought to be a bit far from the hotel.
negative:
Soundproofing in the rooms not the best
A number of guests complained about the noise levels experienced in the hotel. Loud chats and slamming of doors was troubling especially late at night and early in the morning. The dorm rooms were considered to have thin walls thus noise travelling easily from room to room.
negative:
Pool area can be congested at times
When the hotel was busy, it was evident that the pool area can get flooded with guests. This led others to avoid the pool. This situation is common when the hotel has events like parties and other activities.
