Guests had many good things to say about the service from the staff. They found the employees were very helpful and able to offer advice about things to do in the area. Furthermore, even guests who were not able to speak Spanish well were readily accommodated, because the staff was very patient.

Guests reported being able to easily walk to the town centre while staying here. They also appreciated that there's a shopping centre directly across from the property that contains a supermarket, cinema and many well-known brands of merchandise.

Guests generally were in agreement that the housekeepers who work here do a very good job with maintaining the rooms. The cleanliness helped guests feel comfortable while away from home.

Guests were sometimes surprised to find that their rooms smelled smoky even when they had requested non-smoking accommodations. Usually though, this was just a minor mishap because when the problem was reported to staff, guests were given the option to move to alternative rooms.

Guests commented that the water did not always drain away quickly when using the shower. There was also another more prevalent problem where guests reported a strong sewage smell coming up from the drain area. Sometimes that odour was so strong that it caused guests to say they would not recommend that other people stay here.

The parking area for this hotel is quite small, and many guests mentioned it would surely be a challenge to use it during peak seasons. Access is offered on a first-come-first-served basis, but guests occasionally noted it was not too hard to find alternative parking options off site when necessary.
