Reviewers repeatedly point out how safe they feel during their stay. Security is extremely tight and room keys are required to access all areas. Guests appreciate the attentiveness of good-natured security staff, who, despite the seriousness of their job, also help to foster a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

For travelling families with small children, the pool area provides the perfect place to relax. Kids simply adore the Pirate Pool—a separate play area just for them with enough slides and inflatable toys to entertain them the whole day through. The adult pool with terrace bar overlooks.

Guests with all manner of issues have find receptionists understanding and solution orientated. Early arrivals have been accommodated an a.m. check in, while some with connecting cruises in the evening have been allowed a late check out. Fabulous front-of-house are also fountains of local knowledge.

Critical comments relating to this establishment are exceptionally scarce. Unready rooms at check in, over-subscribed breakfast and pool areas, ineffective AC and an elongated parking process are among the short list of guest gripes. Such incidences are, however, sporadic, and not reflective of operational standards as a whole.
