The traditional Hotel Hoher Göll has been existing for more than 100 years and offers a spectacular panorama of the mountains around the picturesque town of Berchtesgaden. Stay in neat and tidy rooms and good food & drinks are offered in our quaint Pub in the basement. A serviced beer garden invites you if the weather allows. In less than half a kilometer you reach the museum 'Haus der Berge' (House of the Mountains) which features the only German Alpine National Park, the 'Nationalpark Berchtesgaden' and is just a short walk away from the town center of Berchtesgaden with its Royal Palace. The documentation center on the 'Third Reich' is a 15 minutes’ drive away. From there one can go on a breathtaking bus ride to the 'Eagles Nest'. To Salzburg (Sound of Music, Salzburg Festival, etc.) , one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, it is a 30 minutes’ drive only.
