Negative Reviews
negative:
Dining options hit or miss
While some guests found the breakfast buffet to be decent, a lot of guests noted that its selection was rather limited and that items were not replaced quickly enough to accommodate the throngs of guests eager to start their day. Room-service also was not always perfect, as some guests had to wait quite a while to get their order, only to receive cold food or to find out the wrong one had been delivered.
negative:
Parking not that convenient
The hotel provides self-parking and valet parking, but some guests noted that the parking lot often fills up quickly, especially when the hotel is accommodating a conference. When left with no other option than to use valet service, guests reported the staff to be a bit short and sometimes unable to produce the correct keys right away.
negative:
Spotty Wi-Fi
Some guests had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi from their rooms, and a few even commented that the signal was spotty in the public areas.
