The five elegant rooms are furnished to a very high standard, individually decorated, and feature flat screen TV’s, iDock alarm clocks, dressing tables and hairdryers. There are also two cottages on the property which, in addition, feature fully equipped kitchens. Free in-room Wi-Fi is also available. High Dalby House is situated in extensive grounds rich in both plant and birdlife. There is ample free parking available for guests. Breakfast is served daily between 8:30 and 9:15 and features traditional favourites such as smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. For other meals there are a number of local options. The Fox and Rabbit Pub comes as highly recommended. The main attraction in the area is the surrounding Dalby Forest, where guests can hike or ride. The attractive seaside resort of Scarborough is just 20 miles way.
