Hotel Hampton Inn Cheyenne (Cheyenne, USA)

Guests are mightily impressed by the standard of cleanliness of the rooms. They feel that the hotel is well-maintained in general. The rooms are very pleasant and the beds extremely comfortable.

The hotel is well situated if you're on a long road-trip. It is just by the exit of the Interstate and easy to find. As Cheyenne is quite a small town, anywhere you need to get to is within easy reach.

Guests feel the hotel is very well-managed, and this is reflected in the high standard of customer care. The staff are very friendly and professional – doing their best to help you as much as they can. The breakfast crew seem to be the most appreciated.

The location of the hotel is practical for the highway, but that's pretty much it's only advantage. Guests find it peculiar that there is such a concentration of other hotels in this industrial area, yet nothing else of note. They find it strange that the Hampton Inn, with no restaurant facilities, would be based such a place with so very few dining options around.

The complimentary breakfast goes down well with many guests, who appreciate the selection on offer. However, not everyone appreciates what they perceive as re-heated processed food. They find the quality pretty poor overall and healthy options severely lacking.

The property is certainly not one of Hampton Inn's most recent. Whilst this isn't a problem for a lot of guests, as they find it well looked after, there is a feeling that it is showing signs of wear and tear. Some mattresses are old and very soft and the sole elevator is painstakingly slow.
