Hammersmith One provides clean and spacious accommodations, with a modern design and a comfortable layout. Guests said that the apartments provide you with everything you need, including good Wi-Fi.

Though not in the city centre, guests loved the hotel's location. Located near Ravenscourt Park, the local neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, yet filled with restaurants, bars and grocery stores. In addition, the underground is only a five-minute walk away and takes you directly to central London. Furthermore, the Heathrow airport is also not too far, and easily accessible via the underground.

Guests say the hotel is ideal for a long term stay. The hotel doesn't offer onsite parking but previous guests offer a tip - street parking is free on the weekends.

Bring along some earplugs, just in case. Several guests were bothered by noisy neighbours or by hallway traffic. Some guests also said that street traffic was quite audible in some rooms. Even though too much noise didn't impact the overall stay for most guests, light sleepers may want to take proper precautions.

The staff can be a bit hard to reach - many guests reported that getting in contact with management can be a problem and responses may be delayed or forgotten. In addition, guests said that the check-in and check-out instructions are not always clear and can cause confusion.

Some of the rooms in the apartments are reported to have poor lighting. Overall it is not noticeable but can be problematic if you're trying to work in the evenings.
