Positive Reviews
positive:
Location offers the best of both worlds
Many guests liked the hotel's location as, even though it is set in a non-touristy, residential neighbourhood, you can get to the city centre quite easily in around 20 minutes via bus and train. The fact that there's a bus stop pretty much right on the hotel's doorstep was seen as a big plus.
positive:
Free continental breakfast is rather good
As well as being available nice and early (6.30am), numerous visitors said very positive things about the tasty and surprisingly filing free continental breakfast offered here. Evidently, the scrambled eggs with bacon bits in them are the highlight.
positive:
Beds are very comfortable
A significant number of guests have identified the hotel's comfy beds as being especially worthy of praise. Some even said they afforded a better sleep than their own beds.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Guest rooms can be muggy
Very few guests were impressed by the lack of any adequate air-conditioning features within the accommodations. Visitors who stayed during the summer were particularly unhappy about the uncomfortably warm conditions.
negative:
Free Wi-fi can be irritating
In addition to being rather slow at times, the free Internet here requires you to keep logging-in over and over again. Unsurprisingly, this was something which frustrated a considerable number of guests.
negative:
Some rooms suffer from noise
A great many visitors have highlighted that some the guest rooms here are blighted by noise, either from the busy street out front or from a bar/club just round the corner.
