The members of staff are very warm and friendly. The fact that majority of the employees are fluent in a number of languages was very comforting for international guests as they felt their needs were easier to communicate and speedily met.

The kitchens are well equipped, spacious and contain all the various appliances you might need to use during your stay here such as a kettle, a microwave and an oven. The design is modern and you are able to manoeuvre around easily.
Those who are not very early risers will be particularly dismayed if they occupy rooms near the pool and cleaning supplies closets as the housekeeping staff start their duties pretty early and it can get a bit noisy as equipment is being moved about.
A few guests have complained about the signal quality of the Wi-Fi provided by the hotel. It appears to be not quite as strong as expected in a few of the rooms and public areas and keeps disappearing. Those trying to stream videos online were deeply disappointed as this was almost impossible.
