Guests cannot praise the staff at this resort highly enough. They are all make you feel very welcome, remember your name and work hard to make sure you have everything you might need. Guests who had any special requests said the staff exceeded their expectations.
You cannot go wrong whichever of the hotels many restaurants you choose to eat at. Guests unanimously say that all the food is delicious, and no reservations are needed at the a la carte restaurants. The buffet restaurant will always have something you like and the 24-hour room service offers a good selection.
The main pool can be busy and guests find that the shaded spots can be quickly taken. As such, some guests feel the need to get up early to grab a spot, which is not ideal when you are trying to relax on holiday.
