The location has a lot to offer to busy travelers. It is not within a heavily-trafficked area and provides a quieter stay. However, a gas and convenience store is within walking distance. The hotel is also close to a major highway and a local hospital.

The staff is friendly and pleasant throughout the stay. They respond to requests both quickly and accurately. The cleaning staff follows their stated cleaning times and policies, which does not always happen with extended stay chain hotels.

While this is not a luxury stay, you'll still have all you'll need for a clean and comfortable stay at a great price. The units have been newly renovated and advertise as a nonsmoking hotel. If you require something extra, simply inquire at the desk and they'll work hard to meet your needs and wants.

While the hotel has been renovated, there are still smells of stale smoke in some rooms. Some rooms smell of fresh smoke and, even though not advertised, smoking rooms are available in the hotel. Deodorizers and scented sprays don't mask the smell, but add to a musty odor.

Some rooms are well-worn, even after a renovation. There are stains on carpets and furniture. Kitchen utensils are not provided unless a special request is made through the front desk. Overall, it's a budget hotel choice and feels it.

The walls are quite thin and you will hear through the drywall. Noises of conversation, kids, TVs, and dogs barking will leak into your room night and day.
