With a location just yards from the beach the hotel has stunning views looking out over the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful golden sands and only a few minutes' walk away you will find Silver Sands Premium Outlets where there are popular stores such as Ralph Lauren, Nike and the Disney Store to name but a few.

There's a good choice of food offered for breakfast with a continental selection such as pastries, cereals and fresh fruit along with a cooked option featuring sausage, potatoes, bacon and the usual breakfast items and eggs cooked to order for you. Hot drinks and juices are also available.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming and are only too willing to go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is a pleasurable one. They are also very knowledgeable about the local area and are more than happy to give advice and recommendations of what there is to see and do in the area.

The hotel hosts different events and is a popular wedding venue and understandably this means it can get busy which also means it can get noisy with revellers and music causing a disturbance for other guests until late in the evening.

The housekeeping service is very intermittent according to reports from previous guests who were disappointed that basic tasks were not undertaken daily such as removing trash from rooms or replenishing glasses and cutlery.

The Wi-Fi access is poor with a weak signal preventing a steady connection to the internet and the televisions reportedly struggle to show HD channels which is another source of frustration as most channels were HD.
