    Superb breakfast.

    The cooked breakfast served each day is top drawer stuff and the best way to start your day of exploring Guernsey. There are plenty of options available and more than enough to leave you satisfied.

    Location ideal.

    You can be anywhere of note within a ten-minute walk. The museum, the port, and even the pubs and shops are all within easy reach making this the ideal base for a trip to the island.

    Fantastic dining.

    The breakfast is known to be excellent, but it’s the evening meals that really blow your taste buds. Each dish is cooked to perfection and is not as expensive as you might expect given the standard of fare.

    Room layout a bit hit and miss.

    The rooms are nice and comfortable, but they could be planned a little better. If the furniture was fitted a little differently, you might have some extra space in the room. It is a three-star hotel however and as such is probably up to standard.

    Parking spaces are limited.

    It’s great to get free parking but if you’re unlucky, you may have to park elsewhere as there aren’t that many spaces. It’s also a bit of a tight squeeze if it’s full.

    No lift.

    The hotel is wonderful but if you have mobility issues, then you should be aware that the stairs aren’t easy to navigate and that there is no lift at all. Not a problem for many but for those that can’t manage the stairs, this could be an issue.
