The front desk reception are very nice, and put in genuine efforts to provide information for your questions, and honour your requests. They're personable, friendly, and do what they can to make you feel comfortable.
The scenery is tough to beat, as the inn's location is in close proximity to many beautiful sites to explore and admire. Being right near the river adds to the ambiance, and is a way for you to unwind and take in the lovely atmosphere without even having to go off of the property.
The rooms are often a disappointment for guests, as they haven't been thoroughly and properly cleaned. Trash and other remnants from previous guests are still there, and the towels don't seem to have always been refreshed. The overall décor is also faulted for being drab and overworn, which even for budget accommodations, is off-putting.
You may want to pack your own set of linens because the linens here aren't always refreshed or replaced. They're also not very comfortable, so you may prefer extra padding or something cosier on your skin.
