Too Sprawling
This hotel is one of Disney's largest, and some guests felt that the property was so large that it started to become inconvenient, especially for guests who need to make multiple trips to the lobby. It can take as long as 20 minutes to walk from one end of the hotel to the other, and there are parts of the path which do not have sidewalks, forcing guests to walk in the road.
negative:
Mold in Bathroom
Some guests mentioned finding mold growing in the bathroom. For some this was not a particularly big deal, but others felt that the hotel did not live up to the company's usual mark of quality or its 4-star rating.

No Issues Reported
