Because of the large room design, guests were able to appreciate their stay. Each quarter was also equipped with fridge, safe, and all other major room amenities. The rooms were generally clean, spacious, and well-maintained.

Most of the positive reviews are focused on the hotel's practical location, which is near the North Bus Terminal, Robinsons Mall, 7Eleven, and famous restaurants and bars in Mango Square. Furthermore, transport systems such as "jeepney" are always available so guests had no issues travelling within the area.
Aside from the dirty shower area, most guests were also disappointed with the mouldy toilet bowl and sink that looked like they were not clean regularly. The tiles were also dirty and the water was not draining properly due to extreme dirt and hair strands blocking the shower drain.
Guests had issues with the loud noise coming from the old and poorly maintained in-room air-conditioning. The units were also not functioning well so guests had difficulty staying inside the rooms due to the hot temperature and loud wheezing sounds.
