Negative Reviews
negative:
Some problems with the air con.
Numerous guests have complained about the air con units in their rooms - some of them seem to be noisy to the point of distraction, while others leak or don't create a suitable temperature. If yours is playing up, it's worth reporting it, as staff will try to fix it, or find you a different room.
negative:
Some cleanliness issues.
While many guests say that their rooms are kept clean, some have reported less satisfactory situations. A common problem seems to be bed linen which isn't clean, or sporadic housekeeping in which things aren't always cleaned on a daily basis.
negative:
Mildew in some bathrooms.
That unpleasant damp smell that comes from a lack of sufficient ventilation seems to plague some of the bathrooms, with guests reporting that mildew can be an issue. It doesn't affect all rooms though, so you can ask to move rooms if it's a problem.
