Hotel Cotillo Lagos (Cotillo, Spain)

The staff members are said to be very friendly and outgoing, helping guests feel at home. They were able to speak various languages and communicate with the guests and they were mostly polite to guests as well.

The studios and apartments are found to be ideal for the independent traveler who wants to have their own space. They each had their own kitchen, living area and balcony to admire the views. Many guests were happy with the clean and spacious apartments.

The beach was within a close walking distance and the small town and its harbor are a close 15-minute walk or so from the apartment hotel. The hotel is close to the area's main attractions and guests enjoyed walking to most of these in their leisure time.

Guests were not immune to the noises that were heard from the apartments of the other guests. They could hear screaming babies and loud music which disrupted or could not let them fall asleep.

The apartments were found to have the basic necessities for a stay, but some guests were disappointed that the look of the apartments was a bit run down. They would have liked a more modern look to the furnishings and decorations. Instead, the apartments seemed to have been left alone for decades.

Some guests felt the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the plastic covers were not doing it justice either. They would have wished for more comfortable furnishings during their stay.
