Manila is an expensive city to get a hotel in, and this property provides an excellent value for money when compared to other hotels in the city.

The rooms are cleaned daily and are kept to a high standard of hygiene. They're also comfortable and are spacious enough to let you spread out and relax during your stay, whether it's for a day or a week.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and they are dedicated to making sure each guest's stay is a success. They're happy to accommodate any requests or needs you might have, to the best of their ability.

A few guests have reported receiving confirmation from online booking websites that doesn't translate to any records in the hotel's system. In such situations, however, the hotel staff does their best to honour reservations.

The street facing the hotel-front is very busy, with heavy traffic and frequent construction - making it noisy, inconvenient to get to, and difficult to find parking on. Make sure to request a room on an upper floor and away from the street in order to avoid the worst of the noise.

While the rooms are air conditioned, some guests have complained of malfunctioning or insufficiently strong units in their rooms. In general, the staff is available to accommodate requests for room changes or maintenance; don't hesitate to ask if you have a need.
