Negative Reviews
negative:
Hard to access
The hotel is difficult to locate, especially for those who are first timers in Bangkok. Riding a cab is a must, for the property is quite hidden in the city. Some guests even had a difficult time explaining to taxi drivers the location of the hotel itself.
negative:
Set far from Bangkok city centre
Many guests noted that the property is far from the city centre and the shopping areas in the city. It is also distant from public transport, and the only way to get to and from the city is by riding a cab. There aren't much restaurants and dining options in the area either.
negative:
Spotty Wi-Fi connection
Guests who stayed here had a very hard time connecting to the hotel's free Wi-Fi, especially those who stayed at the upper floors of the building. The complimentary Internet was spotty at best, and was only fast at the reception area.
