Casona de San Andrés is ideally located with many sites and attractions being within short walking distance. Within a ten-minute walk you can reach the city center as well as Casa de Pilatos, Palacio de las Duenas and Plaza de la Alameda Square. The hotel is also set on a small and picturesque square with a local cafe where many guests frequented for breakfast.

The rooms are well presented with comfortable furnishings and charming decorations. Guests also described the rooms as clean, cosy and comfortable. Many guests commented that the hotel provides good value for money.

The staff are friendly and accommodating and seek to make guests feel at home. Tourist information and assistance is also provided, and while not all staff speak English, staff do make an effort to communicate and provide guests with a positive customer service experience.

While some guests reported that the rooms were of a descent size, others found their rooms to be small and cramped with limited space for storing luggage. Single rooms in particular seem to be of a small size.
