Hotel Cà Furlan (Venice, Italy)

Guests repeatedly mention how tranquil and quiet the location is, even if they are in rooms facing the canal. Considering the dense and crowded nature of Venice, they are very pleasantly surprised.

Guests heap praise on the staff, Alberto in particular, for the delicious and more than plentiful breakfast. They are also happy to report that the cappuccino's are up to the high standards they expect in Italy.

Guests can't say enough about the two hosts, Floriana and Alberto, and how much they helped them, with useful information about Venice, and couldn't do too much to make sure they had a great holiday.

The B&B is situated in a charming little Venetian square. But charming things seldom lay out in the open, and guests mention that the square is very difficult to find. Even by tough Venetian standards.

There are a couple of comments that even the larger rooms are not really suitable for more than two adults. Even a single small child would make the room quite cramped. Larger parties, and guests who value spaciousness, should clarify the size of the room booked so as not to be disappointed.

Though not a frequent complaint, a handful of guests have said that they experienced problems with overbooking. Being moved to a hotel and location they did not book was not an ideal start to their holiday.
