Most of the positive reviews praised the staff for their unmatched service. They were extremely helpful especially during check-ins. Some guests emphasised the great assistance of front desk people while others pointed out the good service of housekeeping.
positive:
Easy access to public transport
According to most guests, this hotel has good proximity to many public transports. It is just a few minutes away from BTS station and is close to ‘Sathorn Taksin' Pier. Moreover, it has quick access to metro and river taxis you can use in exploring temples, palaces and basically the whole area.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Swimming pool is barely usable
The look of the on-site swimming pool facility is very disappointing. Aside from being unclean, the pool is too small with an almost non-existent poolside area. According to guests, it seemed uninviting that they prefer to sleep than enjoy this amenity.
negative:
TV has very few channels
Guests claimed that rooms had a television but very few channels. There was no interactive on-screen channel guide and it took a few seconds to change from one channel to the other. Also, no English films or shows were being shown.
negative:
Quite far from Bangkok's tourist sites
As stated by most guests, this hotel is a bit far from Bangkok's tourist sites. Although it has quick access to public transport and cab rides are cheap, they still find it inconvenient because it consumes time. Travel time could sometimes be very unpredictable.
