Positive Reviews
positive:
Leave your worries behind.
Guests frequently said that The Hammocks At Marathon was an amazing spot for some rest and relaxation. It was easy to do as much or as little as guests wanted, and perhaps the best part was that you don't really need to go anywhere to be entertained. With kayak and jet ski rentals onsite, fishing charters available, and bike rentals a stroll away, just park the car and enjoy.

Staff were a part of the total package for guests who had only positive things to say. Friendly and accommodating, staff seemed to put in a genuine effort to ensure that guests had a pleasant experience.
positive:
Stop in for a drink.
The remodeled tiki bar was recommended by guests as a nice place to spend some time. Great views were only eclipsed by wonderful service, complete with staff who will grill your fresh catch of the day.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Some views better than others.
If chain link fences and a garden shed aren't your idea of a spectacular view, you might want to clarify which direction your room will be facing. Guests were very satisfied with water views, but unfortunately not everyone was as lucky.
negative:
Shower surprise.
Hot water was at a premium, according to a few guests who had the unpleasant experience of a cold shower. Early or later in the morning is your best bet for having enough hot water, otherwise you might find yourself cutting your shower short.
negative:
Unstable Internet.
This hotel boasts an ideal waterfront location, and as such, most guests weren't too interested in spending time with technology. But if you have work to do or just can't keep away from social media, be warned that Wi-Fi isn't always reliable.
