Most of the guests admired the pristine outdoor swimming pool the hotel offers! The surrounding area is very clean with several sun loungers. The water is cool enough as well, so guests get to enjoy a relaxing vacation during their stay.
The hotel's location is very convenient, according to guests. It is close to the freeway, and various selection of restaurants in Temple. Thus, guests are able to easily access the hotel, and to conveniently travel to and from the different attractions in Temple without spending too much time.
There were some instances wherein guests thought that the staff could have been a lot friendlier. However, guests also pointed out that the staffs are not intrusive in any way, and that they are still willing to help despite the lack of friendliness.
Being set close to the freeway, there are times wherein guests can hear loud traffic noise even inside their rooms. This does not happen always, though, as the rooms have soundproofing that is effective in blocking the noise out.
