Many have noted that hotel's location is truly unbeatable. Warner Brothers studios and quaint local restaurants and eateries are all within walking distance, which is considered a luxury amenity for Southern California where driving is essential. The hotel is extremely easy to get to right off the the 134 Freeway, there is direct access to Hollywood and nearby areas.

Most of the previous visitors at the Best Western Media Center Inn & Suites were very pleased with the hotel staff service. Specifically, the dedicated housekeeping staff does a good job keeping the rooms clean and tidy.

The hotel rooms are very spacious. Guests reported an ability to open three large suitcases and still have floor space. This is ideal for those traveling with a lot of luggage. The en suite bathrooms are also very large and roomy complete with full bathtubs.

Several guests have noted that the complimentary wireless internet connection is virtually non-existent. Some had a very hard time connecting to the free service or keeping a strong signal.

The complimentary hotel breakfast buffet offers basic options. Some guests loved the waffles provided and took full advantage of the buffet, other guests believed the quality of the food was rather poor and decided to eat elsewhere in the neighborhood.

There were some reports of front desk service staff who were unaccommodating during guest disputes or grievances. Several guests felt their needs were ignored and were treated rudely when voicing concerns. Despite these minor complaints, other visitors were very satisfied with the hotel service staff throughout the hotel. Others noted that individual staff members made their trip memorable.
