Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Decoration is very pleasant and the entire stay represents excellent value for money. The location is fine. Just off the highway, the hotel is quietly situated next to a medical center.
The laminate floors make it much easier than usual to move luggage around the room. Another, old-fashioned ‘plus' is that you can actually open the windows and breath in real fresh air. Innovative!
The hotel approach is very attractive and encourages you towards great expectations as to what lies inside. You won't be disappointed. The lobby area is appealing and the front desk staff members are friendly and helpful. Check in is easy.
Some of the rooms have a very distinctive smell. It seems to be one designed to mask the smell of dogs, smoke or other issues. Either way, it is unpleasant, particularly for allergy sufferers. It needs checking before accepting the room.
They really should check small, but ultimately, very annoying points before they blossom into complaints. Why doesn't the TV remote work and why do the sheets have dried blood stains! Air conditioning is extremely noisy. Beds are a personal thing but they are very hard and you may well suffer back pain the following morning.
The flip side of the quiet location is that the hotel is difficult to find. Need to keep your eyes open for signage clues!
