The Best Western Pasadena Royale is situated within close proximity to the freeway, shopping and dining areas. Previous guests noted that the location was ideal for reaching points of interests, main attractions and local restaurants. Specifically, those staying at the hotel have had quick and convenient access to the Rosebowl and Santa Anita Racetrack.

Most of the previous visitors at the Best Western Ocean Sands Beach Resort were very pleased with the hotel staff service. Many of the staff members went out of their way to accommodate guest's needs. From check-in to check-out the customer's needs are put first.

The dedicated housekeeping staff reports daily to keep the rooms fresh and tidy. Previous guests reported spacious rooms and large beds in the hotel rooms, providing added comfort throughout your stay.

Some guests reported some outdated conditions concerning the hotel's exterior and a few of the in-room accessories. Examples of grievances include old stained carpets, poor shower pressure and worn out mattresses. Despite its older appearance many previous guests felt the hotel was still very clean.

Several guests have noted that the complimentary wireless internet connection is very patchy and difficult to use. Some had a very hard time connecting to the free service or keeping a strong signal.

Some guests loved the waffles provided and took full advantage of the buffet, other guests believed the quality of the food was rather poor and were inconvenienced by overcrowding in the breakfast room and a lack of food at the buffet.
