Hotel Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis East (Indianapolis, USA)

For guests at the Quality Inn East (ex Ramada) the price was definitely right. Guests thought the hotel represented great value and many said they would recommend it to others.

Guests found the rooms clean and comfortable and said the complimentary breakfast got the day off to a good start. Add a fitness center, heated pool and convenient location and this hotel hit all the right notes for most guests.

Guests praised the staff of this hotel for their efficiency, courtesy and knowledge of the local area. They liked the easy check-in and flexible check-out times and many said the quality of service made all the difference to their stay.

Parking was a problem for some guests who said it was difficult to find a place after returning to the hotel late at night. Others found the parking lot a bit distant from the hotel.

Worn furniture and carpets and outdated TVs were problems for some guests who said the hotel was overdue for an overhaul. Other guests reported that the area around the hotel did not seem safe and were concerned about walking from their cars late at night. These problems added up to a less than satisfactory experience for some guests who said they would prefer to pay a bit more for a more comfortable experience.

While most guests enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep, some complained of being kept awake by noise from neighboring rooms and loud fans on air-conditioning units. Some guests suggested that better insulation would be a big improvement.
