The location of this hostel is pretty ideal if you want to explore the awe-inspiring city of Montreal. The metro is a short walk from the property, and once you get the metro line, you can get to just about anywhere from there.
Many guests arrived to an unfriendly welcome, and those who decided look elsewhere for accommodation were charged for the night anyway. Guests who did decide to stay were very unhappy with the level of hospitality shown to guests in general.
Rooms were found by guests to be untidy, beds were unmade, and sheets were worn thin and lacked that fresh white look. Most visitors wondered if there was a house-keeping service in between guests, and decided to clean up themselves.
Many visitors complained about a disturbed sleep on a nightly basis. It was found that there was way to much noise indoors with loud music and extra visitors hanging around after dark. Guests also complained about an influx of strangers hanging around at the entrance to this accommodation, which made them pretty uncomfortable.
