Negative Reviews
negative:
Unclean bathrooms
Guests reported that the tubs were grimy, the toilet seats were stained, and they found hair in the sink and tub. They also encountered toilets that weren't functioning and they hadn't been serviced since the last guests occupied the room.
negative:
Bedrooms not maintained
Guests noted that they observed an odor upon entering the rooms, the microwaves and refrigerators weren't working well or at all, the furniture was in bad shape and light switches were broken. What they found most worrisome, however, were the many bugs they came across. For example, several guests found many small bugs as well as roaches in the corners and within their refrigerators.
negative:
Lack of promised amenities
Guests noted that the hotel hasn't served its continental breakfast for months with no indication if it might ever start doing so again. Moreover, the air-conditioning doesn't always work, which is important during the summer months in Florida, and the elevator is not always running either.
