Positive Reviews
positive:
Clean and contemporary rooms.
Every room provided by the hotel is held to high standards and cleaned on a daily basis, ensuring that the tile and wood surfaces are consistently spotless. The general style of the rooms is open and refreshing, which aids in the experience of a relaxing tropical retreat.
positive:
Unbeatable placement.
Being able to reach some of Thailand's most popular beaches and waterfront sites on foot is an unparalleled experience. After visiting the beach and coastal stretches, you can also explore the downtown area and pick up supplies, or grab a bite of some authentic Thai cuisine.
positive:
Packed with on-site attractions.
It might be hard to set foot outside of the hotel, considering just how many facilities and leisure sites are placed throughout the premises. You can visit spas, gaming areas, rooftop pools, or kid-friendly play areas throughout the day, and even grab a fantastic dinner at the Anant Restaurant.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Staff attitude is poor.
Numerous guests experienced rude remarks or misplaced charges on their credit cards after visiting the hotel, and the check-in staff were noted as being particularly unfriendly. This attitude from the staff isn't conducive to high-quality guest service or hospitality.
negative:
Faulty Wi-Fi signals.
Although the Wi-Fi is free, it has a tendency to drop out or experience service interruptions at random points. Downloading or uploading media is next to impossible at some times, and you may be better served by opting for mobile data or using the wired connection in your room.
negative:
Frequent pool closings.
The rooftop pool and ground-level pools were frequently down for maintenance, either due to damaging weather or general repairs to the pump systems. This is a shame if you're not looking to visit the area's beaches, and the hotel should do a better job of notifying guests about these repairs well in advance.
