Positive Reviews
positive:
Super location in central Seville
For those who wanted to make the most of their stay in Seville, this location was superb. It's well-situated for Seville Cathedral, the Alcazar and the Jardines de Murrillo for certain, but guests also loved the fact that there were a number of bus and metro stops in close proximity to the property. The adjacent airport bus stop proved to be a real convenience for guests, but many really loved exploring the labyrinthine streets - with their myriad shops, restaurants and bars - surrounding this property.
positive:
Nicely furnished
This property has been renovated and many guests commented positively on the overall quality of the furnishings, fixtures and fittings here. In fact, many found this hotel to be very nicely decorated indeed.
positive:
Helpful staff
The staff here are also especially helpful. Many appear to be fluent in English and certainly do not appear to be averse to giving local tips and pointers on where to go and what to see in Seville.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Dated exterior
While the interior received many positive comments, a number of guests found the mid-century exterior here to be less than eye-catching.
negative:
Thins walls and strange smells
The walls are rather thin and this unfortunately meant that a number of guests had their rests' disturbed by noisy neighbours. Out in the corridor, many reported odd sewage smells that seemed to be emanating from the carpet.
negative:
Poor Wi-Fi, weak air con and bad beverages
Many struggled with sluggish Wi-Fi here, but more importantly, in the heat of the summer, a number of guests felt let down by this hotel's air conditioning, which appears to automatically shut off in the morning. Finally, a number of guests felt that the juice and coffee machines here dispensed less than palatable products and should really be replaced with freshly-made offerings
