Watch Out For The Jumping Gnats
If you visit the facility during the month of May, be prepared for jumping gnats! Supposedly, during this time of year when windows are open and lights are on, the little critters find a safe place to harbour.
negative:
Night-Time Is Not The Right Time
It’s difficult to locate at night, as the street is quite dark. In fact, the address that you receive may not be the actual address of the accommodations but of the rental office.
negative:
Some TLC Is Needed
The facility exterior and interior needs some TLC. The outside appears somewhat dilapidated with wobbly stairs and an old-style edifice. The kitchen needs some work due to peeling paint and chipped mix-matched dishes that look second-hand. You may also find torn linens, dirty floors, an old laundry machine, and musty smell.
