Traditional English breakfasts and a wide variety of seasonal dishes made using local produce are served at the Ridge Restaurant whilst light snacks and an extensive drinks list are on offer at the on-site bar.
The Peak District National Park is in close proximity to the hotel and the National Trust’s Lyme Park and Tatton Park are a short drive away.

Many of the guests said that they had a very peaceful night’s sleep at the hotel as there are no noisy pubs or cafes nearby. If you are looking for somewhere to relax and get away from city life, you will certainly be pleased with your stay.

Guests were critical of the overall decor of their rooms stating that the curtains, carpets and bed spreads were in a poor state and the furniture was also quite dated. Bathrooms were said to be in need of modernisation with broken tiles and mould around
