Convenient Pensacola Location
This hotel is situated to provide easy access to Pensacola. You'll find shopping nearby, as well as many restaurants including a McDonald's and Waffle House on the other side of the hotel. There's also a Denny's across the street and a Taco Bell nearby. This hotel is also located just 20 minutes away from the beach.

Property is Dated and Dirty
Guests say this hotel property is in desperate need of a refurbishment. It's old and run down. Most air conditioners don't work. The TVs are old and it's hard to get a signal. The stairways smell old and musty. Guests are frequently switching rooms because of issues like flooded bathrooms, broken door/key card locks, and no bathroom toiletries.

Guests say floors are filthy, being stained and sticky with who knows what. Rooms in general are not clean, Carpets are stained, as are sheets. Guests say there are bugs everywhere, and a general sense of filthiness pervades everywhere.

Guests report finding dirty and stained towels in their room. Some guests even had to be put on a waiting list to get clean towels. This hotel seems to be always out of clean towels, so many guests end up buying new towels from nearby stores, or bringing their own towels from home. You may want to be prepared and bring your own as well.
