Ramada Chatsworth is in an area with a lot of Hollywood history. Many old Hollywood westerns were filmed in this quaint area. Guests will enjoy seeing the history of the area as well enjoy hiking along the beautiful trails within the vicinity of the hotel.
Even though the hotel seemed to be going through a remodel, guests were pleased with their stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff members were extremely helpful and made customer service their top priority.
Ramada Chatsworth provides a daily, free breakfast for all guests to enjoy. Guests were pleasantly surprised that the breakfast was not the typical cereal and pastries. This hotel provides hot waffles, hot eggs, bacon, sausage, and a variety of fresh fruit to their guests for breakfast.
When you go away on vacation, you would expect to be able to sleep peacefully in the comforts of your hotel room. This was not the case for prior residents of this hotel. Guests whose rooms were directly above the bar area were kept up late into the night due to the loud music and conversations of the bar's patrons.
Prior guests were extremely concerned about the area that the hotel was located. Surrounding the hotel are three bars that are open late into the night. The smell of marijuana permeated the halls of the hotel. Guests did not feel safe in this hotel at all.
Many former guests have been extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of this hotel. Everything about the room needed a very good cleaning. You will want to make sure you wear shoes while walking on the carpets in the room due to socks being totally black.
