Holiday Inn Express Stuart, an IHG Hotel (Stuart, USA)

For those people passing through or close to I-95, this hotel is strategically located to activities they needed to be in Stuart. Plus, with some restaurants nearby, you're not too far from food while on the road.

Several guests mentioned that the breakfast offered here hit the spot. While it didn't contain tons of different items, it contains things that were enjoyable for a number of guests.

Some guests mentioned that the beds and pillows are rather comfortable. Others stated the rooms are the right size for a basic hotel. In short, most visitors had a restful night.

While most guests found the staff somewhat friendly, the majority did not. Visitors mentioned that the manager and front desk can be very overbearing and disrespectful to guests and fellow employees. A few travelers were so disheartened by the customer service here they mentioned you would be better off staying at one of the other nearby hotels in the vicinity of this one.

According to some guests the housekeeping can be a bit lax and short staffed at times. Guests also cite issues such as rooms not being cleaned or replenished. Others cited that the pool area could use more attention. Overall though, the hotel was clean enough for most guests.

Some visitors mentioned that the refrigerators and business center amenities didn't work. Others said the Wi-Fi signal is extremely weak (if it works at all). Other issues included broken bathroom lights, laundry facilities that didn't work and thermostats that didn't function. In short, the hotel needs a good refurbishing from top to bottom.
