    The White Hart Inn is a four star restored 15th Century coaching Inn, within walking distance of Wells Cathedral and the City centre. The fifteen rooms inside range from singles to triples to accommodate all guests. All have en-suite facilities, 32” flat screen TV, feather pillows and high quality furnishings. The White Hart Inn has a large banqueting room and function room as well as a restaurant. The renovation has kept the historical features of the Hotel to retain the age and history of the building. Sadlers Brasserie is the main restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served ran by Michelin star Chef Matthew Briddon serving traditional favourites. Wells and the surrounding area has lots to offer and plenty to do including visiting Cheddar Gorge, Glastonbury Abbey and an abundance of Festivals in October every year.

    Great food and lots of choice

    The restaurant is ran by a Michelin star Chef and many people have complimented him on the food having tasted breakfast as well as dinner. There is a classic menu offered and the public can also book tables.

    The Hotel has been furnished and decorated to a high standard giving it a county chic look with wool fabrics, exposed beams and neutral colours.

    Comfortable nights sleep

    Throughout al of the reviews on this hotel one of the things that stands out is the quality of the beds. They are comfortable with plenty of pillows, high quality linens and guests wake feeling refreshed and ready for their day.

    Cold rooms and internet intermittant

    Previous guests have complained about very small heaters in the rooms making it very cold in winter, also the Internet connection is not great. This appears stronger just outside the hotel where many have mentioned they have had to stand to enable them to send a email.

    In comparison to other hotels many guests have said you are paying for the location as the hotel is not up to standard for the price. The Hotel has been recently renovated so this may not be the case for more recent guests.

    Many people have described the car park as being difficult to manoeuvre around. There are also very limited spaces however there are parking spaces on the road if this area is full.
