Negative Reviews
negative:
Tiring walk up the stairs
There was no lift on-site, that's why guests had a difficult time going to their rooms as it was a long walk up to three flights of stairs. This was an inconvenience for older guests as well as to those who had mobility issues.
negative:
Paper-thin walls
Noise from both the street and from the people in the corridors can be heard inside the rooms due to the thin walls. What's worse was, there were people who stayed up all night partying.
negative:
Property lacks basic amenities
Guests were disappointed because this property but lacked the common basic amenities of a hotel. There were no parking facility, television, hair dryer, and even tea and coffee facilities. The free Wi-Fi advertised was only accessible inside the pub downstairs. Overall, this place was costly for its price.
