Just footsteps from the pristine waters of Lake Egirdir sits Fulya Pension. Built in 1890, the family run Pension has maintained its charm through maintaining original features and comfortable atmosphere. Fulya Pension has a sun terrace with a far-reaching view over the lake to the surrounding mountains. Steps lead down to the lakeside and a private beach. The water is clean, refreshing, and wonderful for swimming from the end of April until well into October. The Pension has rooms that can accommodate single travelers, couples, and families. Each room is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, TV, and a safe. Over half of the rooms have enchanting lake and mountain views. Just below, we have a small Fulya Pension campsite right along the lake. Fulya Pension offers a delicious breakfast buffet each morning with 360* lake and mountain views. In the evenings, guests can dine in the onsite restaurant and try traditional Turkish cuisine and local fish dishes. Free parking is available for all travelers. Visitors can easily walk to the town centre from the pension and, as such, can conveniently access the post office, bus station, the Hamam, and local restaurants. We often organize day trips for interested travelers to ancient sites (including the ruins of Sagalassos), hidden lake-side gems, trekking or cycling on mountains, and visits to Canyon Market. We also help visitors to organize boat and early morning fishing trips. Equipment rentals including tents, backpacks, and sleeping bags, for trekkers interested in hiking the St. Paul Trail are available as well. Because of the Pension’s proximity to St. Paul’s Trail, it is an ideal rest stop for hikers to rest and recuperate. We provide a laundry service, free luggage storage, WiFi, and plenty of knowledge of the local area. To feel snug and at home in Fulya Pension, we have two terrace salons where guests can relax year-round. There is extremely little traffic noise, due to the pension’s prime location, adding to the peaceful atmosphere.
