There is no Wi-Fi access in rooms or other basics like tea and coffee making facilities. On the bright side, guests can help themselves to tea and coffee all day in the common area or kitchen.
With a ten to fifteen minute walk to town, some may find this to be a bit too far out and the rural area may also be perceived and a bit too quiet or boring. Those travelling with a car will find things to be a bit easier.
